WAQAS GROUP OF INDUSTRIES is a genuine Manufacturers and Exporters of SURGICAL, DENTAL, ORTHODONTIC, BEAUTY, VETERINARY and TC Instruments of all sorts. 

This company was established the year of 1970. From the years of 1971 to 1973 we train our staff / workers in the field of SURGICAL and we started to export our instruments in the year of 1974 and get a successful feedback from the customer and till now we didn’t have any complain from our any customers.

QUALITY CERTIFIED:

ISO-9001, cGMP/FDA and DHO Approved as well as FEDERAL DRUG ADMINISTRATION AND CONTROL AUTHORITY as this is a government authority. Our company is working with the 500 workers and have manufacturing units in different places.

MATERIAL POWER AND PERSONS:

We are with 3 persons who are purchasing material and they are responsible for it.

STAINLESS STEEL:

We use JAPANESE STEEL AND FRENCH STEEL in our Manufacturing Department

QUALITY SYSTEMS:

The activities at the company have led to establishing, documenting and implementing a quality systems which facilities production of top quality of SURGICAL, MEDICAL, DENTAL, ORTHODONTIC, MANICURE AND TC INSTRUMENTS confirming to specified requirements/need of the customers.

RESPONSIBILITY:

It is the responsibility of the CHIEF EXECUTIVE, PRODUCTION MANAGER and QUALITY MANAGER to implement the quality systems.

QUALITY MANUAL:

This documents contains responsibility of the management and company quality systems and a statement of intent against each element of he levels of quality systems standard.

QUALITY SYSTEM PROCEDURE:

The company has prepared quality procedures and implemented in terms of ISO standards. An detailed work plan according to the work chart. The Chief Executive or Quality Manager is responsible for preparing customers orders, quality planning detail and flow chart.

QUALITY PLANNING:

The Chief Executive or Quality Manager is responsible for preparing customers orders, quality planning.

On receipt of a customer order Chief Executive or Quality Manager prepares plan, according to customer order is document in order book also quality planning is done on process traveler card and all other planning forms record will be kept on customers relevant files, which includes requirements of material, equipment and resources necessary to meet the orders.

RECORDS: 

Quality / Order documents are kept with Chief executive and auditor. The Chief Executive will keep customers files.

Being a member of THE SURGICAL INSTRUMENTS MANUFACTURERS ASSOCIATION OF PAKISTAN (SIMAP) & THE SIALKOT CHAMBER OF COMMERCE & INDUSTRY (SCCI) are both organizations has Research and Development Unit (R&D) cells. And we are utilizing all the new research and development (R&D) made by there organizations.
